This is the most immediate threat. Repacks are rarely distributed through official channels. They are usually found on torrent sites, obscure forums, or file-hosting services. Because the installer code has been modified, it is incredibly easy for the distributor to hide malware, keyloggers, ransomware, or trojans inside the installation file. These malicious programs can steal personal data, banking credentials, or hijack your computer for a botnet.
