Confluence — Page Tree Creator

Check the page restrictions. If a page is restricted to a specific user or group, it will not appear in the Page Tree for users who don't have permission. Also, ensure the page isn't an "Orphan" (a page with no links pointing to it) located outside the selected Root Page hierarchy.

Once your tree is created, you need to display it so users can navigate. Don't rely on the default sidebar alone. Check the page restrictions
