Noah Wyle continues to be the anchor of the series. In this episode, we see him shift from the frantic problem-solver of the earlier episodes to a weary mentor. There is a fantastic, subtle scene where he deals with a "frequent flyer" patient that highlights his compassion mixed with exhaustion.
