Users attempting to launch 3DMark (via Steam or the standalone version) may encounter a hang-up where the application fails to load. The loading screen remains indefinitely on the message eventually requiring the user to force-close the application via Task Manager. Occasionally, this is accompanied by a "Connection error" or a black screen.
