Managing wallpapers on three monitors with different resolutions (e.g., 4K, 1080p, 1440p) is notoriously tedious.
The increasing demand for productivity and multitasking has led to the widespread adoption of multi-monitor setups. However, traditional multi-monitor configurations often suffer from limitations such as bezel interference, cable clutter, and limited screen real estate. DisplayFusion is a novel approach to multi-monitor productivity that seeks to address these limitations by fusing multiple displays into a single, seamless workspace. In this paper, we present the concept, design, and implementation of DisplayFusion, as well as its benefits and applications. displayfussion
In an era where screen real estate is a proxy for productivity, the operating system’s default tools are often insufficient. DisplayFusion acts as a necessary middleware, providing the granular control required to efficiently manage complex digital workspaces. By solving the fragmentation of the taskbar, automating window arrangement, and allowing for deep customization of the visual environment, DisplayFusion transforms a collection of disparate monitors into a cohesive, efficient system.
