A sensitive, mature arc exploring a young man falling for a widowed woman bound by family obligations.
The movie revolves around the story of Raj Malhotra (Amitabh Bachchan), a widower who runs an NRI business in Japan. His son, Rohan (Hrithik Roshan), and daughter, Manisha (Pooja Bhabra), are both in their early 20s. The story takes a turn when three young men - Ishaan (Shah Rukh Khan), Siddharth (Aamir Khan) was initially offered the role but later replaced by Akshay Kumar wasn't part of it - and Vicky (Shah Rukh Khan plays all three characters) come to India to search for love.
